All ARTOFWAR  products are made to order, meaning each item is custom printed when you buy it. Because of this, we do not accept returns or refunds for size issues or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your size before ordering.

We Only Offer Replacements / Store Credit If:

You received an item that is:

• Damaged or misprinted

• Wrong item or wrong size from what you ordered

You must email us within 7 days of delivery at artofwarusa1@gmail.com with:

• Order number

• Clear photos of the issue

• Short description of the problem

Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue store credit only.
We do not issue cash refunds.

Final Sale Items (No Exceptions)

The following cannot be returned or credited:

• Discounted or limited drops

• Digital items or downloads

• Wrong size ordered by customer

• Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

  If the shipping address was entered incorrectly or the order was not claimed, we are not responsible and no refund or store credit will be issued.
