When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped  in [1–10 business days]  You’ll get tracking by email once it ships.

How do I track my order?
Hit Order Tracking in the menu and paste your email + order number. You’ll also receive tracking updates by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes to most countries. Duties/taxes (if any) are shown at checkout or collected on delivery by local customs.

Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us ASAP at artofwarusa1@gmail.com with subject “URGENT – Address Change” and include your order number. If it hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it.

My package says delivered but I don’t have it.
Check with neighbors/building staff and wait 24 hours. If still missing, email us—we’ll help file a carrier claim.
